are hands real I have dreams about hands with no bodys attached to them and it feels real anybody else have hands dreams what does this mean?

after I feel of ahorse when I was a kid i had dreasm about hands and they felt real like there where hands i would see hands with no bodys attached to them is it real i don't understand my life am i dead or am i alive i feel sick my whole life its really scary is this because of the horse accident some people say i am just crazy that really doesn't make sne to me because why would i be crazy and none of it be beause i feel of a horse people don't think i was hurt after fallingof a horse i disagree people expected me to do what everybody else did i found that to be impossible nbody liked me or wanted to be around me why is it because i feel of a horse i think so nbody will tell me anything ever i hate being treated like this
