It could be a faulty spark plug wire,fuel injector,injector wiring harness,or a vacuum leak around the #6 cylinder.Let the engine idle,spray carb cleaner on every gasket,vacuum hose,and vacuum operated components.If the engine suddenly idles up or stalls,you've found the leak.

It could also be broken rings, holed piston, worn camshaft lobe, defective lifter, bad gasket, bent pushrod, cracked or broken rocker arm, broken valve spring or bent valve. That is what compression checks and cylinder leakdown tests are for.
