poll: when they delete a question, why can't they just delete it?

no one wants to see that annoying page where you can't move on to the next question, and have to go back to the previous one to continue

    A nice thing is that sometimes a question is deleted because it was reported, but no points are deducted. I am not sure what causes that exception.
