not really, it's not the dog's fault but there's many owners who shouldn't have a dog, poor treatment can cause much hardship for many especially the poor mutt.

No! People take their animals out and do not clean up after they have sh!t! That's just wrong! What would the world think if I allowed my toddler to sh!t in the street and not clean up after her? I would probably be arrested for child neglect, my child taken into care and f!ck you mrs! But it's fine for your animals to do it regardless?! GTFO of here...
