my rabbit is shedding a lot more than usual is there any type of food i can give them to make them less sheddy?

    You can add a bit of protein to the diet, but be careful as too much doesn't help. Mostly, you just need to wait it out and brush him often.

    It sounds like he is going through a moult. It is normal for rabbits and can happen 2-4 times a year. Regular brushing helps prevent them from ingesting too much fur. It is also good to make sure they eat lots of hay to help push out any fur they do ingest.
