need help with a second hand ps vita?

I bought aps vita and was told it came with 15 games all downloaded so i paid £150 for it. But i can only have the vita linked with one psn account so i had to deactivate the previous owners and activate mine. Now i can not play the games on the memory card.Is there a way to link the games to my psn account or have i paid £150 for a ps vita i could have gotten for £70?

Unless the previous owner will hand over his PSN details, there isn't much you can do. You'd have to keep switching accounts and memory cards (it's one per PSN account).

No, you can't 'link' games on one account, to another account. Sony doesn't allow PSN accounts to be sold, and therefore have made it as hard as possible to get around it, offering no way to transfer games or merge accounts whatsoever.

The downloaded games are probably linked to the PSN account on it so when you deactivated it you blocked yourself from the games.

I would take it back to where you purchased it from and ask for their advice. Maybe they can sort it out for you.
