I'm sure there are job openings for an accountant in India, as a lot of Western production has been outsourced to India. How you proceed would be something to discuss with your Indian husband who got you an immigrant visa to India so that you can even look for work there. I suggest you take this one step at a time.

Extremely unlikely. Unless you are an Indian citizen, it is extremely unlikely you can even work in India - India severely restricts foreigners from working there. And there's a glut of Indian accountants on the job markets of India & practically every other country on the planet.
If you married an Indian citizen, & got residency and authorization to work in India, good luck with that. Even with legal authorization to work, Indians do not hire non-Indians.
