Going to my teachers home?

I have been very close with this teacher over the past year or so, and recently she invited me to her house for Halloween and to hang out. She knows everything about me, as I do about her too, we talk about deep things, she texts me and we have gone out together in public. She has two daughters and has said that she considers me her nonbiological daughter too and that she loves me. I've never been alone with her except in school and in her car. I love her too, and accepted her offer to visit this week. The only thing is that my friend thinks it's inappropriate. And I sort of do too, but I like the attention. She wants to spend time with me. Why is this inappropriate?

    Where do I start?

The teacher can be accused or at least regarded by others of showing favoritism toward you because you are having privileges not shown to other students.

This is not aligned with the teachers Code of Ethics.

Your parents should be questioning any situation where you are alone with an adult who is not a family member. You said so far it is only in her car. What about at her house?

She should not be texting you or telling you that she love you. This is far over the invisible line of appropriate behavior between teacher and student.

Refuse the Halloween invitation. Do not hang out with her. She is your teacher, not your buddy. Hang out with friends your own age.
