What do I do now? Feel down low......?
Ok quick run down of where I am physically and mentally. I had an accident yesterday where I entered a roundabout after looking right, believeing I had enough time to cross it as the driver was some 800yds+ away and before I knew it, I had been hit side on at some force I might add. Also previous to that my gf took the car out and needless to say it came back in a wreck and is now due to be written off and the insurance is not paying out for that. Before anyone does the whole "it's your fault" line, just don't please, I really don't need it. That and I'm on bail for something I didn't do and half my own family isn't talking to me. I'm now at a low point, sitting here thinking what do I do now? I don't really feel low and the girl that I'm calling my girlfriend, isn't really playing the part as it seems now shes lost interest in me now lthat I have no car, has sort of happened before.

So you are feeling depressed, so be a big boy and go and see your GP, then look at what you can do, what is in your control and what is not and start tackling all the things you can do something about, if you only had third party insurance then you are right you will not get anything, so you need to earn and save for a new car, gfs come and go if this one is not hanging around then you need to get yourself together and think about what have you got to offer...if it is only a car then you need to work on yourself so in future you do have something to offer........... start thinking positively, you could have been killed or could have seriously injured yourself or someone else, you didn't so be thankful for that at least

Is you question about law and ethics? It sounds like one for the family and friends section or psychology.
Do you have an attorney? If not, you need to get one.
If I were you, I'd get a referral from my primary care physician to see a therapist, psychologist or psychiatrist. You could use someone to talk to about your relationship issues and other problems.
