Poll: Do these cookies sound yummy or disgusting?
My family's oven is broken, but I have to bring cookies for a Halloween party in homeroom on Thursday. I really want to make cookies, so I was brainstorming ideas for no-bake ones, and I thought of making vegan cookie dough (no eggs/salmonella!), putting pumpkin pie filling in between two pieces of the dough, and then pinching it together so it makes a little cookie. (if you're having trouble picturing it, think of like an Uncrustables Sandwich except with raw sugar cookie dough and pumpkin inside, or even like a piece of ravioli made of sugar cookie dough and filled with pumpkin)
I told my mom this and she said this sounded disgusting, and she asked some of her friends she was with and they said it sounded gross too. But I think it sounds good and it seems like a good idea....!
So question is: Do you think that these cookies sound yummy or disgusting?

They are cute, and easy to make!

Disgusting, mostly because of the raw dough thing. The texture would be off for me. It sounds like a fun experiment, but I probably wouldn't eat it or even consider it a "cookie". But, that's just me. Maybe I'm wrong.

I agree with your mom, as much as I love anything pumpkin, I don't see filled pumpkin pie filling holding up in cookie dough. Here is a link to some filled cookies dough recipe that you might like.

Disgusting. If the oven is broken make Cornflake/Rice Crispy Cakes - breakfast cereal coated in either chocolate/treacle mixture that are hardened in the fridge.

it doesn't sound very appealing to me.
Maybe you could use an oven at your school.
Our schools had stoves with ovens in the Home Ec. class rooms.
