How many algae wafers do I feed my pleco?
Don't know breed. He is ~4". Tank is 55G. I have driftwood but he doesn't eat it. How many algae wafers do I feed him. I have been feeding him 1 wafer /night.

My pleco can eat upto 10 algae wafers a night (but I usually give him 5). And mine is also 14.5" when he was the size of yours he'd eat about 3 a night

About this much 3 to 10 times a day.

That is good. Do a bit of online research and you will discover the plecotomis is a type of catfish. It likes to eat little pieces of bread rolled into pea size. They like certain fruits.
