Do you think its a good idea to put the bathtub and shower in two different bathrooms, on different sides of the apartment?
I am moving to a new apartment next year and it is currently being built. My boyfriend and his grandmother chose to make two seperate bathrooms- the master bathroom with a bathtub, washing machine, toilet, sink, and the other they decided should have a shower, toilet, and sink. I personally think it is a bad idea to have the tub and shower in seperate rooms, I'm scared it will affect the resale value. What do you think about such a configuration?
