What's better Ferrari or Lamborghini?

for loudness, it depends on the car. many people install aftermarket exhausts on their cars to change their sound and as such, 1 car can be much louder than another for 1 person and be the opposite for another.

for cylinder count, both companies have cars with V12s but ferrari has more. they have the LaFerrari, F12, and FF where Lamborghini has the Aventador only.

for higher revs, Ferrari typically has higher RPM limits.

that being said, the companies are both great and will attract different customers.

their ideals play along in the design of their cars and as Jeremy Clarkson said, if you give both Lamborghini and Ferrari the task of extracting a tooth, the Ferrari way is to make a perfectly engineered high speed drill and the lamborghini way is with a big hammer. both of these mentallities can be good if they are what you are looking for. I'm a lamborghini fan but I can respect a ferrari and those people who prefer them over lambos. to me, the crazy design ideas combined with the german sensibility (from their owners at Audi) is the best mix of supercar ingredients.

I personally think Ferrari, because they are more special and they tend to carry more tradition as well. Lamborghini's philosophy is to move forward and trying to avoid retro as much as possible. Also, I prefer Rear Wheel Drive cars in opposed to Lamborghini, where majority of modern Lamborghini are AWD. I also prefer the interiors of Ferrari cars because they look more classy and proportional, but that's just my opinion. I like the engine sound of both, but I prefer Ferrari's sound because it psychologically feels more light and cheerful, in opposed to Lamborghini's mad and angry sound.

Ferrari

Lamborghini used to make tractors, they only went into business to make cars out of spite when their founder felt Enzo was ripping him off, charging him a fortune for new clutchs which didn't last - he had his mechanics fit a tractor clutch, and it was bullet-proof in its' durability. Enzo was very dismissive, saying "stick to making your tractors" - this lead to Ferrari having a very strong competitor in the supercar world.

For many years now, Lambo's have been built under Audi control - this has brought German levels of excellence to their comfort, safety, integrity and reliability. Ferrari road cars were originally sold merely to finance the race teams, whereas Lambo's have never 'wasted' money on a factory team in motorsport. Lambo's are built and sold, in a business - Ferraris come with more passion. Both marques excite. Ferrari is more for Drivers, Lambo more for Posers. Still, it's a nice choice to have to make - but realise that both firms sell a RANGE of cars, which have different strengths and weaknesses. And then of course, all of them pale into the dust alongside the Ultima.

Lamborghini

According to me Ferrari is better, because this is the worlds most expensive super car brand. I think most of people are wanting to its SUV cars in the future.

Personally I like Lambo but it's a prestige not so much any of our experience to know out there.

Traditionally, Ferraris have been more refined. Lambos a bit more raw.
