You could consider ' Traditional Festive Celebration'

Since most people in the world do not celebrate Christmas why mention it at all? Sadly Christmas has lost it's original meaning with more emphasis on Santa Claus (whatever happened to father Christmas?), Xmas, receiving gifts and overindulging in food and drink. You could replace it with 'festive season', 'festive time', 'Winter celebration' or the awful word used sometimes here in England 'Winterval'.

    Holiday season and Paganism.
