    Blasphemy laws should all be repealed in full - no exceptions.

    That way, there are no culprits.

    Already, there are no victims so that will not change.

    How dare anyone seek to impose THEIR religious rules on others by force of law!

    That is immoral.

    What has been done to protect the religious minorities in the past - well, atheists and Jews were minorities, and the Christian Church dealt with them via laws of oppression and even burning them alive.

    There are laws against slander, libel, and discrimination, but they are seldom enforced.
