It depends on what you mean by cheap. Some cheap handguns are for sale at gun shops. These are usually about as good as a heavy hammer for self defense, maybe not that good.

If you mean "below MSRP," try Gunbroker.com or Armslist. Gander Mountain has some used stuff too, and prices are actually not too bad on new guns from what I've seen.

Buckhornarmory.com just found them the other day seems to have good prices one hand gun new was like $85.00 think it was a cobray 45lc/.410
