Can you name a moral framework less moral than Christianity?

Research shows that the reason humans struggle with emotion to find equitable solutions is pinpointed the region of the brain called the insular cortex, or insula, which is also the seat of emotional reactions.

The fact that the brain has such a robust response to unfairness shows that sensing unfairness is a basic evolved capacity.

The emotional response to unfairness pushes people from extreme inequity and drives them to be fair. This observation shows our basic impulse to be fair isn't a complicated thing that we learn.

It therefore fully illustrates that all humans have morals controlled by the brain and that Christians are entirely wrong to try and claim morals as their own!!!!

But Christians found a way round it!

Government statistics show that Christians are vastly over represented in prisons for sexual, violent and fraudulent crime whilst year on year government figures show atheists make up only 2% of the prison population!

The Catholic Church is paying millions in compensation for the sex/paedophile crimes of their priests alone!

Christians are vastly over represented in the divorce courts!

Christians invented the concept of sin and then the idea that you could sin, ask forgiveness, get pardoned and start with a clean sheet!

So no surprise that they are so expert at it is it‽

It would be hard to think of something more reprehensible than the core teaching of Christianity "I killed my son, now love me or I'll torture you for eternity."

There is no accountability, since anything can potentially be forgiven, and there is no mercy, since all non-Christians are sent to Hell, and are not given a second chance to convert.

God's commands take the form "do as I say, not as I do". The Bible depicts God as a sadistic, genocidal dictator, and clearly if he exists he doesn't care much about suffering (or he wills for children to starve to death every minute). Not that actions have even the slightest relevance in Christianity, since your afterlife is determined solely by belief and repentance. It makes no sense why the Bible would even prescribe commands in the first place.

If free will is really the reason why God doesn't protect victims from being murdered, then why should we protect victims from murderers? Won't we be interfering with the murderer's free will? Why do Christians say it's justified when God does it but not if we do it?

And if God doesn't force us to follow his commands, then why do some Christians try to force people to follow his commands? Why do they enforce their religion in governments when they so passionately defend God's decision of allowing people to make their own choices, good and bad?

Having so said, a moral framework formulated for the well-being of a society has obvious advantages over one formulated for the perpetuation of a ludicrous superstition

If nine million children die each year, God has spoken to you. What have you done about them? Do your mite in saving them from death. Regarding hell, hell doesn't exist. God is loving. He doesn't punish. So, there is no need for a hell.

When I realised that my Christian belief system required me to believe those millions of Jews who died in Hitler's gas chambers were simply locked up in God's infinitely more horrendous torture chambers, that shocked my faith out of me.

I cannot align myself with any school of thought that supports punishing people for divergent thought or not mentally subscribing to a religious creed.

In Islam :

- Muslim children go to Paradise.

- Non-Muslim children will be tested in the Hereafter by God : whoever obeys Him will enter Paradise, and whoever disobeys Him will enter Hell.

Logical, reasonable, fair : this is Islam. It's true that it contrasts greatly with Christianity.

Fundamentalist Islam. At least Christians don't kill rape victims.

Christianity and all religions are not about morality..

Christianity is not about morality, although it will change us so we are more moral. It is about salvation.

It has nothing to do with the world, although if ppl turn

to Jesus, they are led. He is life, so imparts life. Many mistakes come when someone doesn't know what

Christianity is. But it likely gives more than Islam?
