10 year old won't wipe after pooping?
My boyfriends little brother is obsessed with video games. That's all he has interest in. He doesn't wanna stop playing for anything.. He'll hold in his poop for days cause he doesn't wanna put down the video games, then he'll go but won't wipe cause he's always in such a rush to finish. My BFF's family has tried a lot of things but nothings working. My bf thinks there's a chance his little brother could be slightly autistic too, if that matters.
Does anyone know why he does this and will not stop? Or how to make him stop?

He's addicted. There is only one thing they can do. They have to make a rule that he can only play for 1 hour a day and then he has to turn in the controls to parents until the next day. He should be told that if he does not go by the rules the entire thing will be unplugged and taken away. Period. Shame on them for allowing him to be dirty and damaging his health the way he is. The parents are falling down on their job.
