how can i legally piss of my neighbors?

If they are too noisy at night, call the Police every single time.

Take a photo of their dog tearing up the trash and send it to them.

Mow your lawn at 8 AM on a Saturday after they have been up half the night.

Hmmm... Legal ways to piss of neighbors...

- Have a neighborhood party and don't invite them.

- Practice a new, and particularly loud, instrument as early in the morning as you legally can(for example, in my area, noise violations can happen from 10pm to 6am)

- Call the police on them whenever you see their dog roaming, barking, or defecating on anyone else's property.

- Take up opera singing, or join a heavy metal band and practice in your garage with the garage door open.

- decorate for the wrong holiday every time

- claim you've joined a satanic cult and constantly ask them if they would like to join

I dunno, there's tons of crazy stuff you can do. I lived next to horrible neighbors before. But the most mature thing you can do is call animal control the next time the dog is wandering off their property, document their dogs destruction and take them to court.

Take pictures of their dog tearing up the trash and romeing loose Get a motion camera and place so it can snap pictures at night showing the real dogs doing the trash attacks.

Take PICTURES of their dogs running loose and/or in your trash. As pissed off and vulgar you are here I'm betting YOU are the one letting your dogs roam loose. If you weren't then taking pics of the dogs and having EVIDENCE should have been pretty obvious.

Everytime you see their dog loose call animal control. Sooner or later AC is going to come around and take the dog if it is loose, and guess who will have to pay the fine and the fee to get the dog out? If they take the dog enough times they will permanently remove the dog from your neighbours and find it another home.

So call the police on them and make a noise complaint. And tell the police about the dog. Problem.solved.

P.S. Cussing isn't illegal...but noise after 10pm is.

Making them mad will do nothing but cause problems. Your other neighbors will tire of this, and call the police on you.
