Clean up your diet as best you can. Cut out sweet, fried, processed, junk, and fast foods. That includes all chips, cookies, crackers, bars, and most cereal and breads. Even supposedly healthy varieties aren't really good for you. They are just better than the original. Eat lots of fresh fruits and veggies along with moderate amounts of lean protein and whole grains. Drink plenty of water.

Then get moving. Aim for 45-60 minutes of moderate exercise most days. Run, bike, swim, or even just play actively at a park. It really doesn't matter too much what you do as long as you get your heart rate up and use several major muscle groups.

you'll have to take a fitness test before being approved so if you're serous you should start exercising hard to build muscle and lose weight. start by doing some cardio 30 min to an hour 3 times a week, and doing some wight exercises 2 times a week. Watch your food intake, don't eat too much and add more water intake to your diet. Eat more vegetables too.

Run 3 miles every other day. It seems like a lot but it helps lose weight and build cardio
