and look what they've done here, i can't even ask a question about it properly, have to put the details in as an answer to my own question, and i can't talk to anyone neither and stop them doing these things.. i've told them before the e-mail was fine the way it was and if they want to introduce changes to it then i'd like them to leave me out of it, and look what they keep bloody doing.. when i say i want to look at my e-mails it's my e-mails i want to look at directly as i've signed myself in, i don't want to be sent to pages i never asked to look at.. you know how you can contact me, one of your customer support agents contact me about this as soon as you can, i'm tired of not being heard
