Pain in both my calf's Any ideas what may be causing it?

It started about 3 weeks ago. I haven't been very active and been sitting around not exercising or eating much at all. When I standup at first it is hard to walk straight but after awhile it gets easier but the pain is still there. Any ideas? I can't afford to see a doctor at the moment.

Is the pain constant? Or is it more a charley horse type pain? Muscle pain without injury usually arises from one of two causes - dehydration and lack of calcium. So drink a half cup of water for every hour you are awake. Eat a banana every day. And eat/drink dairy or something that has a lot of calcium.
