I do not get the reply, forward and reply to all at the bottom of my received emails any more . How do I get it back?

I'm sorry to hear that you're having this problem, Gord. There are two things that could cause this. First, it could be that you have conversations turned off; that might cause what you're seeing. The other thing that might cause this is a problem with your Web browser (for instance, if it needs to be updated).
