Who screwed up foreign policy worse, Obama or Carter?

Obama. Carter was bad. Obama is horrible.

Reagan was worse than those two put together on foreign policy. Reagan embraced apartheid in South Africa. He funded the future al Qaeda and Osama bin Laden. He supported the Nicaraguan Contras. He secretly sold weapons to Iran to fund those Contras. Further, he ordered the military invasion of the Carribean island of Grenada which was a gross over-reach of power similar to the recent Russian intrusions in Ukraine. Perhaps worst of all Reagan foreign policy blunders was his placement of American military forces in the middle of a civil war in Lebanon, against the advice of Pentagon officials, then the subsequent bombing of a Beirut Marine barracks that killed 241 American soldiers. I do not claim this is a full list of Reagan blunders, but it will suffice to show how bad Reagan was. For a president that Republicans claim was so wonderful when it came to foreign policy, how is it Reagan made so many obvious blunders?

The Iraq invasion will go down as one of the worse US foreign policy decisions ever made in US history.

Considering Obama never did have a foreign policy I'd say carter.

It isn't screwed up. The President has kept you safe. And he didn't get over 5,000 soldiers killed either.
