I'm really skinny and unattractive to girls, how can I change that?

I have really bad self esteem because I m a bottom of the barrel (lookwise) male. I m Really skinny (130 lbs @ 5 9") and thats ponly because I gained a few pounds in the gym. I dress well at the very least. So I go to the gym and I dress well, that seems to be the only things I can do.

Also this makes me kinda miserable because I love to skateboard and I deny myself that just so I don t lose the weight I m gaining. My life has become dull and boring. I m starting to feel really depressed but I want to be attractive so when I finally break and go skateboarding I an t enjoy it because I get anxious about lossing the little weight I worked so hard to gain.

This is a very conflicting situation.

    It's not conflicting at all. There's definitely a science behind working out. You may gain weight while at the gym skateboarding is only going to help you shred fat. You may loose weight but it's totally cool to loose fat weight. And if you want to focus on building muscle focus on protein intake! That's what-if have always been told. Aim for a work out 30 mind a day minimum everyday. I have a crazy schedule so I just get up early. I aim for an hour because at 5'1" and 110 lbs Im slim but not where I want to be

    BTW: imma girl and

    1) skate boarding (if your good) is/can be drool worthy you just need certain girls who appreciate it

    2) if you dress nice that's an A++. Some guys roll out of bed and go out like that

    3) just seeing a guy go to the gym will make a girl hot and bothered lol because his stamina will be up for later on if ya know what I mean

    QUIT BEING SO HARD ON YOURSELF.

    If you meet the right girl she will accept you for YOU and I bet there's one that's already interesting

    I kinda have the same problem, it passes before you know it.

    I'm assuming your in high school, or around There maybe, so of course your going to feel this way, its a phase many people experience in puberty.

    Are you good at skateboarding? Is it your'e life, like it is mine? Many girls admire skaters. Its a skill 8/10 people don't have. Post your'e best on Instagram!

    Keep working out. I'm ridiculously skinny too. Starting freshman year, I worked out everyday in the weight room, and I began to see a difference much sooner than I thought I ever would. Get alot of protein. It helps with muscle development. Once I tried this stuff, it was like Carnation: instant breakfast or something. It mixes with milk like nesquick. It tasted like chocolate milk too. I had a glass everyday before and after school, and you gain weight fast! Few weeks maybe, and you gain 10 pounds.

    Dress like a skater. Let it show that skateboarding isn't a hobby, It is a lifestyle. Be different! I like plain white, or tie dye tees, Any tank tops. If a shirt is ugly, cut the sleeves off bro! If you can do it with sleeves, you can do it 10x better without them! I like to cut my pants! I cut them into shorts!

    I like words like ****! I put "DETH" on my griptape and laugh my *** of when people get mad about it!

    Be different. Be funny! Don't expect them to be all over you like that, just try to meet one girl and you'll meet their friends, and eventually, everyone will be like "ayee" It's all gucci bro, just have confidence. How will a depressed guy keep his girl happy? Just have confidence my bro!

    Oh, and make this a popular thing to say, Start saying it and everyone will love it xD

    "Ah bruh, You Can't Ferrari this Gucci" or just anything with "Ferrari This Gucci" It's funny to the cool people. or any skater kind of person (;

    I apologise, let me restart.

    Hmm i suggest this 1 day of skateboarding and weight training and 2 days off eating.

    When you do heavy exercise your appetite will increase for days after. Generally 1 or 2 days there will be a noticeable increase.

    So I suggest try this. Skateboard and go to the gym then rest for two days. You get all the benefits of increased appetite with out burning it all off.

    Build some muscle, act cool, and be sexy. You'll then find your way onto attracting girls left and right.
