If I know someone is poaching animals should I turn them in?

If I should turn them in,how should I go about doing so? Should I video tape the act of poaching first,or should I go immediately to the Fish &Wildlife?

Yes. If you don't do it, then it's probably safe to assume that no one else will. It's just the right thing to do. Unless they are caught in the act, or punished, people will continue to do whatever they want with no regard for the law. As for how to do it, it's up to you. Might want to talk to Fish and Wildlife first.. They may tell you that you need proof, in which case you can video the person, etc. But see what they say.

Tape the person's incident , review the footage, and if they are doing something illegal, report them
