    Dear Ms. XXX:

You came to America with your husband and gave birth to 2 beautiful children. You could not raise them without putting them in harm’s way. You gave them up (forced through the courts). It was the right thing to do for them. You gave them a beautiful life. They never stopped loving you, but could not thrive in your home. You submitted them to neglect, pedophiles who harmed them, and had serious issues with drugs and alcohol. Now your children are grown, and you have met up with another abuser and had another baby. Now this baby is being subjected to the same neglect and misery as the last two you had. I simply want to ask you to get birth control to stop any more children to be harmed.

I am glad you and your husband had a chance to make a new life in America, but it has not worked well for either of you. The father of your first 2 girls is in prison for rape of two complete strangers, and you have found another bad man to have babies with. Your latest baby is now almost 4!!

You never were able to make it to visitation to see the girls (now all grown), but you always manage to speak enough English to make it to the court house to file “no contact: orders agains the latest man in your life. . Let’s be honest, you are not fully capable of raising children, so please use your free medical to obtain permanent birth control. I am well aware that our State provided you with taxi and bus fare to help you visit your children and to show up at any hearings to attempt to get your kids back. You did not find your way even when it was at no cost to you.

Source(s): Personal Experience and unable to find an interpreter. Even the courts have difficulty finding one that will show up, and when the interpreter does show, the mom does not. The children were raped in mom and dad’s care then again in first foster care. For goodness sakes. I would like to reach out to mom. I have only talked to her 1 x and that was 15 years ago, luck had it I found a Vietnamese speaking person in the court elevator.
