My brother has his grandkids often, They arrive at his house unclean. He claims they don't have time to shower before coming. They are filthy and greasy. He is hurt I asked he have them bathe before coming for dinner. . How to handle?

It asks who my parents are. I was raised by grandparents. Mother abodoned me and lives somewhere in AK, father raped me. I have a no contact order against him for 99 years. It is embarrassing to answer but I want the job in which I am applying and I have made it to the background portion of hiring. I want to write something short, sweet and move on, but not sure how to do it or what to write.

It is for a Quadriplegic person's bathroom. Toilet is next to a no barriers shower. Water tends to travel toward toilet at times.

She is free of cancer now and has been free for several years. She blames severe forgetfulness that affects the home such as leaving the water running), on her “chemo brain”.

I hear her snoring as loud as a bear and also have heard her berating stop and then gasp-(through her door). Should I tell her she may have sleep apnea? She is a very forgetful person, leaves doors open, lights on, and is not at all considerate of others.

She blames others roommates for her problems, and takes antidepressants and anti-psychotics and claims to have severe anxiety. I see her as acting sleep deprived. I am not sure though.

Mainly is it beyond my right or trespassing on her personal life to tell her she might be deprived of oxygen as her reason for inability to cope?

All the other roommates get along and are over age 50. She is 56 and had a 4 year degree in social work. She is not fitting in.

I could just give her 30 days notice but should I tell her? Or should I just evict??

I am not asking do much for legal advice as What would you do?? Many thanks.

Tenant (room for rent) applied for rental of room in my home. He held out that he is a physician. He put down first months rent, and agreed to last months rent on the 1st of the month upon moving in. After I took down my rental sign, per his request in writing, and after I stopped advertising, 2 weeks later he decided he didn’t want to move in. He was offended that I researched and found he was not really a doctor so he wants out of a signed contract that stated he agreed to to pay 1st (he did) and last upon moving in. Now since I told him I know he is not a doctor, he wants his money back and is threatening to move in and only live the month he “paid” for and not 1st last and a deposit as he promised. He wrote to me today and said he plans to move into my house on the 1st and pay none of the other promised money. What can I do? I lost the rent for that month since I devoted the room to him, and now he is trying to change the terms. What should be my reply? Scared and upset.

I own the house. I rent to 2 others. One is an RN, traveling nurse on a short stay. The RN is paranoid and accuses others of entering her room. No one is entering her room.She states that people enter her room while she is sleeping also. Again, no one is doing that. She can’t follow simple house rules even when they have been in writing (such as don’t leave hair dryer on back of toilet), 3 large drawers and a closet are provided in the bathroom. I clean after her every day so the other renter can use the bathroom without cleaning first. If we ask her to please park in a marked parking spot she yells and says we badger her. When she leaves her nurse needles in the dryer to poke us and we complain she says we are trying to frame her and they are not her needles. We think she has a monkey on her back...

Now she has her door barricaded and is leaving through a window. She took the house fan that we use in the basement and refuses to return it. She said if I go in to get it I can be sanctioned $100. That is a half truth, I could be sanctioned if I am a landlord in an apartment complex, nothing in the RCW speaks to roommate situations. Of course, the sanction does not just come in the mail, she would have to take me to court. Advice?

She rents a room. She accuses others of entering it when she is sleeping. No one is doing that. She has a lock, she refuses to use it, claims it is not secure enough. She refuses to follow any of the house rules and denies she is climbing in and out the window even though others have seen her.

She barricades her door, then takes out the screen and exits. It is hard on the screens and could harm the siding (Dryvit siding). I don’t have the money to make a mote and plant alligators.

She will be gone in 3 weeks, but can anyone come up with a bright idea to stop her? Yesterday I went outside and pulled the window shut/locked, so she had to re-enter using the front door. But today she will barricade the door again, and go out the window. If I caulk the screen tight it will be difficult to remove when she finally leaves and I want to wash the windows again.
