Should I caulk/apply sealant around this toilet?
It is for a Quadriplegic person's bathroom. Toilet is next to a no barriers shower. Water tends to travel toward toilet at times.

The bottom of the toilet should already be caulked with sealant to prevent leakage. Toilets screws attaching toilets to the floor can get loose, and some leakage could escape.
I'd be more concerned with a wet floor for the individual or the person helping that person shower.
