How can I tell if someone has lost their rights to carry a gun or any firearm in the State of WA?
To be a little more informative, the person lost his rights in 2004. I cannot find in the myriad of separate county websites if he ever got his rights back. I have searched WA courts, and one must go to each separate court to look. It is extremely confusing. There must be a better way. I cannot check with the FBI since I am not a gun dealer.

An convicted felon in any State of the Union has lost the right to carry, buy or even be near a gun.
