Wanting to add a new stereo in my 2004 F-150 4 door?

So im wanting to add a new stereo in my truck. But my main concern is if i am going to need the parts in the photo. I been looking at JVC, Kenwood, and Pioneer in dashes. ( http://www.onlinecarstereo.com/CarAudio/p_30580_Ke...

something like that in the link above. But yea, i'm just wanting to know if i will be needing any of the parts in the photo or they are just there if i needed extra wires?

Yes. You'll need Metra wiring harness 70-5521 and either dash kit 99-5027 or 95-5812 depending on which size stereo you end up buying. (5027 if you buy the Kenwood linked) If you have steering wheels controls and want them to work with the new stereo, you'll need the Axxess ASWC as well. If you buy the stereo from Crutchfield or Sonicelectronix, the wiring harness and dash kit will be included at no charge. Free shipping too.

    This would be my suggestion:

If that's too much money, then this:

Remember, all parts are included (minus the ASWC if needed). Oh and last note, the Kenwood KDC-152 that you have linked will NOT work with any steering wheel controls. Both the ones I linked to will.
