So I think something is happening to my vision.?

I'll be typing and all of a sudden I'll just start typing random letters that have nothing in common with what I'm trying to say and I am thinking what I am typing so I am not thinking off topic. Also, lately I've been having difficulties reading. I look at some words and they just look like a bunch of letters together like skyhjch and then I look back and the word is something completely different like the word because. I also keep switching around letters a lot when I am writing or typing. I have 20/20 vision and so I am not sure what is wrong.

You didn't say when you last had your eyes examined, but you need to start there. Remember just because you had perfect vision when you were 16 or 18 doesn't mean your vision won't change later on. The losing your train of thought is probably because you have something else bothering you so you lose your thought process. But when reading and the letters bunching up seems more like a vision problem. But it seems your job requires a lot of close work so glasses may be in order.

Make a dr appointment. You could be having mini strokes. Or some type of disease. But for sure get yourself into the dr.!
