You realize that there are other ways of communicating besides text, right? She says she is dying to TALK to you. How about a phone call? Or meet in person?

She wants a dude (maybe you) to text her. Girls are usually really stubborn to text first because they either want you to prove you find them valuable enough to text, or because they don't want to annoy you.
