It's not correct.
"J'ai hâte" is "I can't wait"
"J'ai hâte de (+verb in the infinitive)" is "I'm looking forward to (+verb)"
"J'ai hâte que (+[something/someone] + verb in the subjunctive mood)" is "I'm looking forward for [something/someone] to (+verb)"
If you want to say "I'm looking forward to it", you have to say "I can't wait" so it's "J'ai hâte". It's more than enough.
You can say "J'ai hâte que ça arrive" which is "I'm looking forward for it to happen".
But you can't say "Je l'ai hâte"

You can also use "j'attends avec impatience" or "j'attends avec impatience de (infinitive)".
