How to concatenate in Excel showing the exact same format?

I want to concatenate a number that is rounded. ie instead of copying the whole number i want the rounded numbers concatenated.

    =FIXED(A8,1)&" / "&FIXED(B8,1)

    here is my workbook. you can see the formula at the top

    edit: I figured it out:

    =concatonate(round(a8,1), ' / ', round(b8,1))
