synthetic vitamins Does it make sense to consume vitamins made from petroleum, coal or other synthetic material and call it natural healthy?

    Not at all.

In my health coaching I always inform people of how these synthetic vitamins are made and how they have very little, if any positive effect on their health. Most people have no idea what they're consuming and how deceptive the product is.

I always recommend whole-foods vitamins such as Megafood or "thesynergycompany"

I wouldn't consume a synthetic vitamin if these companies paid me. Much less spend hard earned cash on them! Screw your crappy ascorbic acid made from GMO corn. I'd rather have a vitamin made out of fresh organic oranges, rose hips, anthocyanins and other bioflavonoids for the full vitamin-C effect.

Camu Camu powder is damned good too. Very bitter by it self, but damn can it make you feel good when you get a 1 or 2 gram vitamin C kick from it!
