On 18 October 2011 Braulio changed his plea to "not guilty," citing poor advice as the reason for this sudden change. Finally, on 22 June of the following year, he avoided a prison sentence and reached an agreement to pay €11,400 in damages.

The guy has consensual sex with a girl after a night out - standard. Then gets charged for rape? What a load of absolute bollocks.

Also, why his mate not get charged? Pathetic justice system. Punishing men for women being alcoholics. They both got drunk and had sex, big whoop, it happens.

All this furore over him training, when he did nothing wrong is absolutely disgusting.

It's a disgrace and it's the woman's fault. May she live a life of shame.

I posted about this and it got reported. Essentially they were BOTH drunk as was his friend, both had a go on her with her being asked both times and saying 'yes' both times. Wow..
