Cream Cheese, Carrot, and Pumpkin Flavor Combo?
I LOVE cupcakes, and am working on a carrot cupcake. I recently came up with the idea of doing a pumpkin spice cream cheese to go with. How does it sound? Any other dressed-up cream cheese frosting ideas???

Carrot cake already has kind of a pumpkin spice vibe going on so a pumpkin spice cream cheese frosting (while it sounds amazing) might just compete with the cake.
Add vanilla to the frosting, and maybe do a filling in the cupcake? A cinnamon cream/pudding type filling would go well.
You could even shave a little orange zest on top of the frosting before serving.

I think it would be excellent. The spices in cupcake & frosting will blend nice
