    Segundo determina a Lei 1.079 de 10 de abril de 1.950, em seu Art. 2º, a PENA DE CARGO E A INABILITAÇÃO PARA QUALQUER FUNÇÃO PÚBLICA POR 05(CINCO) ANOS.

    Em face dessa lei, é que o partido dos trambiqueiros, estão querendo mudar a lei(virada de mesa), para que a comunista Dilma 'Wanda' não venha perder o cargo de presidente(para ela, anta =(presidAnta) da república.
