How do I appeal the deletion of an answer when I get sent the link to the confusing page that asks for topic and subtopic etc.?

These are the details:

I got the following in my mail:

Deleted Answer: How can you be sure the person asking this question is white? It seems more like someone whose goal is propaganda to stir up racism and racial hate. The Human Genome Project has proven that race is a social concept only. When the DNA of people in socially classified racial categories was compared, there were more differences within a group than across group lines. If race exists, it does not use the socially accepted visual identifiers. Further, there wasn't any grouping that had enough genetic differences to consider any grouping a subgroup of the human species the way animals are sometimes classified as subspecies. Humans are all too closely genetically the same to consider anyone of a different race. Further, such visually identifiable features as large nostrils and dark skin are brought out by environment. Everyone has the ability to eventually express these traits. Just as crocodile gender is determined by the temperature of the nest, so too environmental factors influence what genes express and how people look. A population can morph from one extreme to another in less than a hundred generations with no mixing outside the gene pool. However, organization that derive power from racial hate, such as the SPLC, Black Panthers, etc. would have an interest in stirring up and continuing the hate. They don't want to end racism. Without racism, their organization no longer has a need to exist!

Update:

It won't all fit at once, so here is more:

Question: Why won't white men stop asking questions about white women on the internet and go out and talk to some women of any race?

Okay, so I clicked on the link and as you can see from the screen shot there is no option for appealing the deletion of an answer. So what topic, subtopic, and recommended options am I supposed to choose?

Update 2:

Oops, I forgot to post the screen shot. How do you add a photo in an update?

No doubt the false reporters won't be able to resist false reporting me for using the answer to get the screenshot up.
