How many years does the "pause" have to continue, before we're allowed to consider the POSSIBILITY that we were wrong about Global Warming?

To think the warming phases is all the fault of mankind is beyond the scope of reason.
1) The sun is not a constant and Democrats aren't even trying to claim that's happening. With the sun wavering in it's temperatures, we have the fluxuations in the earth's surface.
2) In the many gatherings on the Global Warming Scam, the United States is the one who is punished the most, giving any reasonable person the understanding of what the real intentions are in this ridiculous charade.

We're at the beginning of a cold spell in history caused by the present solar minimum that is being compared to the Dalton Minimum of 1800, it is expected to last 30 years. So for 30 years there will be a pause in global warming as it gets very cold.

The 'pause' could last forever and Alarmists would continue to SCREECH about man-made Global Warming --- that is, if we continue to pay them big bucks with public funding to do so. Why would they ever stop when they are spending OUR money to maintain this SCAM, not theirs.
This SCAM has been going on for more than 30 years already with one failed prediction after another. We've got a host of billion dollar climate models that are all fantastically WRONG --- yet the Alarmists just screech louder.
If we want this nonsense to stop we've got to cut their funding, otherwise it will never end.

And someone changed the category of this question from Global Warming to Politics. You might want to change it back.

Government will NEVER give up any scheme which will get them more power. Thats not in gov nature.
"Unless we announce disasters, no one will listen." — Sir John Houghton, first chairman of the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) and lead editor of its first three reports.
"In the United States...we have to first convince the American People and the Congress that the climate problem is real."-- Bill Clinton in a 1997 address to the United Nations
"A global climate treaty must be implemented even if there is no scientific evidence to back the greenhouse effect." - Richard Benedick
"The degree to which you believe global warming is causing major hurricanes is inversely proportional to your knowledge about these storms." - Renowned meteorologist Dr. William Gray taking exception to Algore's dire predictions.
"A general characteristic of Mr. Gore's approach is to assiduously ignore the fact that the earth and its climate are dynamic; they are always changing even without any external forcing. To treat all change as something to fear is bad enough; to do so in order to exploit that fear is much worse." - Richard S. Lindzen, Professor of Atmospheric Science at MIT

From the article:
"According to the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC), global average temperatures have increased by around 0.05C per decade in the period between 1998 and 2012.
"This compares with a decadal average of 0.12 between 1951 and 2012."
So essentially, the temperature is still going up every year, just not as much as before.
So how many years does the temperature have to continue to increase before you consider that Global Warming is actually happening?

Global Warming and Ice Ages have been cyclical weather events our planet has experienced---numerous times---long before the first human crawled out of the primordial soup. Scientists who seek factual data, look at ALL possible causes---including the amount of particulates in the air from volcanic eruptions, and the correlation between sun spots and our weather patterns. Just because a cow blows a fart---doesn't mean the earth is going to catch fire.

The way that crowd operates, I'd give it a minimum of a generation, and probably two.
Once they've internalized a lie, fabrication or marketing message, it is remarkably difficult for them to divest themselves of it. Examples:
JFK was a great president
Reagan was a truly awful president
The Vietnam War was unwinnable
Saddam Hussein had no WMDs
If we're nice to other nations, they'll be nice to us
I'm convinced it's genetic - but, hey, that's just me! lol

That's an odd question considering 2014 is already set to become the warmest year on record even though there are two months yet to be fed into the equation. Not much of a pause, is it?

It's usually god worshipping religious people who think we can--
Keep breeding like animals
Mowing down nature
and Spewing pollution
and Expect nothing bad to happen.
I'm an old tree hugger. I don't care if it's real, or anthropogenic, or not. It's just the same old pollution and raping the environment issue to me.

Even the article had a "Yeah but... " component to it so I don't see Warmers giving up. They'll fight to the bitter end for their environmentalist religion.
