i want to marry my russian gf but i dont want to deal with immigration or the scary feeling of them trying to say i lied or fabricated?
everything and I go to jail or she gets taken away from her child I wouldn't be able to live with myself if that ever were to happen. Anyways I've been dating my Russian gf for about a year and she lives with family who came here illegally and I live with my parents she's 23 I'm 25 she has a 2 year old that was born here but I want to marry her and we've been talking about it for a few months but I don't want problems as far as immigration an she wants to go to school here which would be expensive for her since she's not a citizen so I thought well when/if I decide to marry her she can fill paper work out I'm a little stressed because I love her and want her to have an opportunity. Can anyone please give me advice on what I should do or anything at all that can help??????

You can't marry her without paperwork. Contact an ALIA lawyer who will advise if there is ANY possible way for her to adjust her status while in the US or if she will have to return to Russia to complete the process there. It all depends on how long she's been in the US and which visa she came in under. But speak to a lawyer unless you want to risk having her deported and banned for 10 years.

The right way is for her to apply for a fiance visa from her country, which can take 6 months to a year. But then you've done it right and there is no chance her status can be yanked later, and if you just marry her in the States they will still send her back and make her apply for the finance visa.

You said your girlfriend came with her family and they came to the United States illegally? So they either entered from Canada, or Mexico as illegal aliens, totally under the radar, or were hiding aboard a ship that eventually anchored in a US harbor? This is the most important part of your story, as it decides whether or not your girlfriend would be able to adjust status or has to go home to Russia and to through consular processing.
Secondly, when did your girlfriend enter (year?).
