is this a valid reason to break up?

My boyfriend of 7months says he cares about me, but when i want him to pick me up for dates he doesnt want to do it. I dont want to act like a princess, but in the beginning my boyfriend would pick me up and sometimes i would meet him. It was fair. Now im always the one going to him, and if i ask him to get me itsclear by his body language he doesnt like tto. "He hates traffic." But a 20 min car ride takes me 1.5 hours by bus, plus i have to walk 6 blocks after to his place. Its cold n snowy. I have an overloaded backpack since im in grad school.

It makes me feel like he doesnt care about me or think im important enough. This is really impt to me to the point id break up yet he doesnt seem to get it. I told him it upsets me and nothing changed. I feel a bf who cares wouldnt want me to take the bus (which i already take constantly for school, work, n errands n he knows how stressed out i get by it), he woulnt want me walking in the cold and snow if he wanted to see me so bad. He says he wants to make me happy and help me noot stress, yet the one thing that would do that he doesnt do! Am i being unfair? I dont ask him to drive me everwhere. I feel ive made seeing me too easy for him n now hes lazy/complacent.
