Right lower back pain? Having to pee a lot.?
It started yesterday, after my boyfriend and I had sex. But the pain came several hours later. And I threw up in the middle of the night. During the night, I kept having to wake up and go pee and getting a comfortable sleeping position was hard because of the pain. It's morning now and although the pain has steadily decreased over the night. I'm still wondering what it is. And what caused it? It's like a sharp pain.

It is possible that there was a urethral track infection that was either caused by or aggravated by the activity of the previous day. A urine test that will show the presence of blood, white cells, or kidney related materials might be wise,. If you have an OB/GYN, that office would be a good one to call.
