Run DMC or Outkast?

Run DMC made a bigger impact, but Outkast have more talent.

OutKast is easily the better duo but Run DMC probably had more of an impact on not only Hip Hop but on society as well.

OutKast is a better duo but Run DMC were the pioneers of hip hop. OutKast is a better group though.

OutKast takes the W for me, but Run-DMC means a lot to me as they were one of my first favorite rap acts.

Outkast by a landslide , I mean Run DMC is too basic and obsolete while Outkast still gives a fresh vibe.

both are brilliant and made some awesome songs, but me personally i never hear of outkast anymore, run DMC making clothes with adidas and still hear there songs everywhere but outkast made some unique songs but dont really hear of them anymore (personal opinion) so i would say run DMC

I like both groups...I was young kid in the 80's but when my adidas came out every person went to go get them, they had more impact in the 80's, then most groups now..I can remember in the early 90's people were still rocking adidas with fat laces.. All because of Run...

outkast is waaaay better but idk who had moe impact prolly run dmc because of stuff with areosmith and making rap more popular where oukast was one of the first successful rap acts from the south and prolly had more of a impact on hip hop itself and have the best selling rap album ever so
