I'd rather be too cold, because it's just so easy to find a blanket or another layer of clothes to warm up. The only thing you can really do if you're too hot is take a cold shower, and the effect is only very temporary.

I'd rather be too hot. I love the warmth and humidity of the summer. I makes me happy and alive.
Spending an afternoon at the pool is so relaxing and peaceful. Being retired, I belong to a pool club and see my favorite friends on a daily basis.

Too Cold, because you can always find a way to keep warm!

Too hot....I can always get wet and cool off.
If I'm too cold I find it more difficult to get warm.
