Why won't the government deal with the unpopular issues instead of blaming Obama for there laziness ?
None of the politicians are willing to address the nations problems because they fear the publics response . Obama has spent a lot of time and effort trying to get them to do there job . Healthcare is a big issue and they whine because Obama forced the issue . They still won't address the inter structure , spending , or addressing there own misconduct .

Good question and I don't think the solution is a simple one. IMO the people of the country want to move forward but the congress is not listening and governing (if you can call it that) on their own view of the issues. Lets hope that things change in the new congress and that the politicians will not shut down the government again. It cost the taxpayers (you and I) hundreds of millions of dollars and really accomplished nothing.
The hardest part of this whole issue is that they are getting paid to actually govern (which they are not) and don't listen to the people. AND - most of them are millionaires so it doesn't affect them personally. There is NO justice for the common folk.

The President is no leader, has no leadership skills, insulates himself from his own staff. He has not worked "hard" for anything, but division.
