Why is my Xbox one so glitchy?

I just got it uh couple weeks ago and it was fine at first but it keeps spazzing out cuz like the first time it wouldn't load one of my brand new games an I had to clean it but all it had was a fingure print, after I cleaned it it had a couple lil scratches from the cloth ( it looked way worse than before when it just had the fingure print) but it works fine now. The second problem is that I turn off the Xbox one an when I come back latter to turn it back on it won't start up. That's happend twice already both times I just unplugged the power cord from the Xbox an it seamed to turn on fine afterwords but I just got it! I don't no why it's acting all lame. It's fun tho but the games glitch with sound sometimes to even the black flag one that came with it as a download but I herd somewhere that one of the assasins creed games was put on the Xbox one to early or something an this dude had to get a patch for it but iv looked an I can't find the patch. The patch is just uh update so the game dosnt glitch
