We know how much fossil fuel we burn, so we know how much CO2 we produce.

Rising CO2 levels are because of man, I do not dispute that, I dispute that it is bad thing, I do not believe it will cause global warming, but it will green our planet by increasing vegetation., and increasing food crops.

As mentioned in a previous question, the main differentiator is provided by the ratio of carbon isotopes found in the atmosphere and ice cores.

For this to work as advertised you need to make several assumptions. The question a sceptic would ask is are those assumptions justified?

Of the approximately 400 ppm currently in the atmosphere, about 280 ppm would be there naturally and 120 ppm is due to human activity.

    280 + 120 = 400.

Of course, this added ppm in the atmosphere is after 48% of human emissions have been absorbed by the oceans.
