i feel like im gonna lose it!?

alright so i have 3 kids one being autistic, a wonderul spouse, i just got promoted at work so now for once money is not a constant struggle, and BOOM cops show up at my door and arrest me for "forgery" because one of my former business partners used our old business amazon account to order a bunch of stuff and charged it(not sure if accidental or not) to my other business partner's fathers credit card. i never even knew his dads card was on our old account, but the person who ordered and even recieved the packages moved acrossed the country, so now since i was the other person on the account they are charging me! and they even know the packages went to the other guys house and not mine! im freaking out, i had nothing to do with this and my whole world is going to be destroyed if they send me to prison over this. anyone have any legal advice??
